Overview

In this role you drive rapid, high-volume recruiting for scientific and biomedical positions across government and headquarters clients. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and shepherd them through interviews, offers, onboarding, and compliance. You'll partner with program managers and biz dev to build pipelines and ensure top-quality hires that fit technical needs and culture. Your work supports critical health and scientific missions by delivering qualified talent and maintaining compliant, efficient recruiting processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to process improvements and recruitment goals.

Responsibilities
  • Source and identify qualified applicants for scientific and biomedical roles
  • Prequalify candidates using up-to-date interview methodologies
  • Design and execute high-volume full-cycle recruitment strategies
  • Manage candidate process from application to onboarding and security processing
  • Collaborate with program managers and business development to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain candidate and requirement tracking/documentation
  • Ensure OFCCP compliance and support Affirmative Action goals
  • Maintain ATS records and processing of new hire paperwork
  • Participate in job fairs and trade shows as needed
  • Provide timely, professional communication to candidates and program managers
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements
Key requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience hiring in the scientific or biomedical sector
  • Proven track record recruiting for Biologists, Scientists, Lab Technicians, Clinical Advisors, Medical Officers, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; acceptable alternatives are High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and social media sourcing
  • Familiarity with scientific terminology and disciplines
  • Ability to work in changing, ambiguous environments and manage high-volume requests
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and build stakeholder relationships
