Overview As Construction Executive, you lead a large-scale, multi-phase development program, aligning construction strategy with enterprise goals and asset value. You act as the owner's senior representative, guiding governance, cost and schedule control, risk management, and operational readiness. You'll partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure disciplined delivery. Responsibilities- Lead construction strategy and execution across a multi-phase program aligned with enterprise priorities and asset performance
- Act as the owner's executive representative with contractors and consultants, ensuring accountability for commercial, operational, and construction outcomes
- Set and enforce standards for delivery, governance, project controls, procurement oversight, risk management, and performance tracking
- Oversee cost management including budgeting, forecasting, contingencies, cash flow, and change management
- Lead contracting and procurement strategy, including delivery model selection and major agreements oversight
- Maintain schedule integrity, manage risks, and drive recovery strategies to meet timelines
- Coordinate complex building systems integration (structural, MEP, utilities)
- Guide commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness to ensure readiness
- Develop and mentor construction leadership teams and ensure accountability
- Foster cross-functional alignment with Development, Design, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Procurement
- Present cost, schedule, and quality analyses to executives with recommended actions
- Promote a high-performance, collaborative environment with clear ownership of outcomes

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior partners and contractors
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; 10+ years of leadership in large-scale projects
