Overview In this role you support and oversee lab operations by performing initial testing setup for new instruments, assisting assay development, and contributing to validation plans. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and efficient processes while driving continuous improvement. - Coordinates quality and process improvement through internal audits and proficiency testing
- Models policies and procedures for audit and process improvement projects
- Performs specimen handling and quality checks to ensure timely and accurate results
Key requirements- Minimum two years of laboratory experience
- Minimum one year in a leadership role in a healthcare-related field
- Bachelor in Medical Lab Science or equivalent, or health care related field AND four years in medical technology/clinical laboratory sciences OR seven years in related field
- Medical Lab Scientist Certificate, Clinical Lab Scientist Certificate, or Medical Technologist Certificate at hire
