Responsibilities- Advise and lead on architecture strategy across a portfolio of products and technologies
- Translate complex technical issues for leadership to inform strategic decisions about target state architecture
- Drive adoption of modern development methods within specialized fields
- Establish and chair an architecture governance body
- Create reusable software frameworks to improve velocity and quality
- Partner across domains to reduce tooling duplication, clarify ownership, and govern lifecycle
- Improve decision traceability, cost-performance, and architectural guardrails
- Evaluate emerging capabilities for enterprise fit and adoption readiness
- Lead reuse-first adoption of enterprise AI capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation and data sensitivity handling
- Establish portfolio-level guardrails for AI-assisted workflows in architecture and governance, aligned to resiliency and security

Key requirements- 10+ years of applied architecture experience and formal training or certification
- Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability
- Expertise in one or more architecture disciplines
- Proven ability to influence across functions and teams
- Experience applying architecture methods to complex problems across disciplines
- Extensive cloud-native experience
- Ability to evaluate technologies to meet future state architecture goals
- Deep enterprise expertise across Application & Collaboration Platforms, governance, interoperability, lifecycle operations, and cost decisioning
