Responsibilities- Manage water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from planning and design through construction
- Provide technical leadership for design, calculations, permitting, reports, and client presentations
- Direct multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget
- Oversee construction-phase services and ensure successful project execution per contract
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client agreements; monitor performance and resources
- Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet milestones
- Support development and implementation of company design and production standards
- Mentor and develop engineers and future leaders
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET)
- Professional Engineer (PE) designation
- 15+ years' experience managing substantial water or stormwater projects
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to oversee project management fundamentals
