Overview

As Manager, KPMG Law, you lead large-scale, multidisciplinary contract projects and help expand legal services across US and international teams. You'll leverage technology to draft, review, and advise on commercial and corporate documents, while ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll mentor junior lawyers, share knowledge, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive culture. Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of large-scale, multidisciplinary, multijurisdictional projects and contribute to adjacent service offerings
  • Collaborate with US and global teams to drive opportunities, efficiency, and engagement delivery; maintain client and stakeholder relationships
  • Work with diverse professionals across geographies and subject areas; leverage KPMG technologies to draft, review, and advise on contracts at scale
  • Support legal managed services engagements, including high-volume contract review, data extraction, and contract lifecycle management
  • Provide legal guidance to internal and external stakeholders on technology and managed services contracts; contribute to drafting and negotiation playbooks
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
  • Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment
Key requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing general commercial and corporate law documents
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Juris Doctorate or LLM with an active bar license in Arizona
  • Proven ability to lead legal projects end-to-end in a team environment and manage multiple assignments
  • Experience in sales and business development to expand services to clients
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and governance provisions; familiarity with corporate provisions such as shareholder rights and fiduciary duties
