Overview In this role you drive the fit and technical development of childrenswear from pre-fitting to production approval. You will collaborate with the Director of Technical Designer and overseas teams to create and refine technical packages, specifications, and grading. You balance precise fit work with clear documentation and proactive problem-solving to ensure garment construction meets design intent. This position offers hybrid work with Friday WFH and a focus on cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities- Manage product lifecycle from pre-fitting through production fit approval
- Conduct fittings with live models, record measurements and notes, edit comments, document corrections, and communicate updates to overseas teams and factories
- Create initial technical packages and final graded specifications with the Director of Technical Designer
- Execute fit corrections using diagrams and garment patterns to achieve desired fit, silhouette, and style
- Coordinate with overseas offices and vendors to resolve garment construction and production issues
- Meet with Production weekly to review sample status and support Time and Action Calendar compliance
- Interact with agents, overseas offices, and vendors to troubleshoot garment engineering issues throughout development
- Maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation throughout development and production
