Overview In this role, you will lead and coordinate PayPal's eDiscovery efforts within the litigation function, covering data collection, processing, review and production. You will partner with IT, information security, data privacy and information governance teams to ensure best practices and timely delivery. You'll apply expertise in eDiscovery platforms and legal technology to drive quality and process improvements. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge legal tech and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project portfolios
- Lead and mentor project teams; coordinate cross-functional efforts
- Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Provide strategic updates to senior stakeholders; manage budgets and resources
- Execute eDiscovery protocols, tickets, and QC; track metrics
- Work with Relativity One, BrainSpace, iPro and other eDiscovery tools; participate in ongoing training
- Respond to ESI requests; oversee document review workflows and productions
- Prepare reports for attorneys and organize case files
- Collaborate with IT, data privacy, information governance on data matters
Key requirements- 3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related legal operations
- Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate (ABA approved), JD, or equivalent preferred
