Talent Management Specialist

In this role you help Banner Health grow talent by developing learning content and coordinating leadership development programs. You'll craft materials across multiple formats and ensure a steady monthly delivery, while collaborating with HR partners and stakeholders. The position blends content creation with program coordination and occasional facilitation, enabling you to make a meaningful impact from home. You join a purpose-driven Talent Management team focused on people-centered growth that supports frontline and mid-level leaders.

• Assess organizational problems and propose data-driven solutions for Talent Management initiatives
• Develop and maintain SOPs, tools, and resources; plan venues and logistics for learning events
• Create and manage project plans with milestones; track progress and communicate status
• Support change management and communication strategies; collect feedback on program effectiveness
• Design and execute communication plans and documents for diverse audiences; deliver presentations to leadership
• Collaborate across teams to promote an inclusive culture and cohesive products
• Create participant materials, facilitator guides, slides, job aids, FAQs, videos, and self-paced modules aligned with Banner branding

• Bachelor degree in business, finance/accounting, human resources or related field; two years of progressive experience in learning and development or HR
