Overview In this role you will advocate for clients to secure optimal results in personal injury and property damage cases. You will meet with clients, show empathy, and build trust while coordinating with insurance companies on claims, demands, and offers. You will prepare cases for trial and try them when needed, contributing to the firm's growth and commitment to excellent client care. This position combines hands-on courtroom work with strategic client communication in a dynamic, expanding firm. You will work with cross-functional colleagues to maximize client outcomes and uphold the firm's mission.

Responsibilities- meet with clients to discuss cases and assess claims
- update clients on case status and communicate with insurers
- prepare cases for trial and conduct trials when required
- negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests
- maintain good standing and collaborate with team to achieve favorable outcomes
Key requirements- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- 6+ years of litigation experience
- 5+ jury trials as first chair preferred
- Member of the Illinois Bar in good standing
- bilingual English/Spanish a plus
