Overview In this role you drive the product and service roadmap to accelerate revenue growth and margin improvement in the North American building products market. You work closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Quality to translate strategy into scalable programs. You will own P&L and lead cross functional initiatives from concept to launch, balancing short term results with long term growth. This is a hands on leadership role in a matrixed environment, offering impact on strategic priorities and market expansion.

Responsibilities- Develop and own a revenue focused product/service roadmap aligned to strategy and market demand
- Lead cross functional teams to execute initiatives from concept through launch and scale
- Own pricing, margins, and profitability initiatives; define competitive positioning
- Drive go to market strategies for new services and ensure successful adoption by Sales and Customer teams
- Engage with customers, specifiers, regulators, and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and unmet needs
- Conduct VOC analysis to inform market and ecosystem opportunities
- Monitor post launch performance and optimize offerings based on market feedback and financial outcomes
- Align stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and execution plans
Key requirements- 5-7+ years in product management, product strategy, or new business development with revenue and P&L accountability
- Experience developing/executing roadmaps tied to revenue growth and margin improvement
- 5-7+ years in manufacturing or TIC services experience
- Strong understanding of building products, construction materials, or systems markets in North America
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and execute complex programs in a matrixed org
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent)
