Overview As an Alternative Delivery Manager in Heavy Civil Construction, you guide all phases of collaborative delivery projects from pursuit through design and contract management. Responsibilities- Provide direction and management across all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery projects
- Lead business development, teaming, pursuits, proposals, and active contract and design management
- Coordinate internal and external teams to exceed client expectations
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and decisiveness under tight deadlines
- Collaborate on design-build and EPC delivery strategies and project delivery guidance
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of construction management experience
- Experience in heavy civil construction including underground utilities, foundations, mass and finish grading
- Experience with alternative delivery projects (design-build, EPC)
- Travel up to 50% varies by assignment
- Experience in key project leadership roles
- Client management experience on pursuits and delivery
- Understanding of win strategies, pricing and project scheduling
- Experience in technical writing
- Understanding of Scheduling, Estimating and Project Controls Software
- Valid driver license
