Overview You will oversee the Chemistry workflow and the results reported under your supervision in a hospital lab. You supervise and mentor staff in the department, ensure timely maintenance of supplies, and manage proficiency testing and QC review. The role focuses on accurate, compliant laboratory operations and supports cross-functional testing workflows. You contribute to patient-safe results and continuous improvement in a regulated clinical environment.

- Supervise and instruct personnel in one or more lab departments
- Maintain supplies and reagents for the department
- Ensure completion and accuracy of Proficiency Testing surveys
- Review and oversee department quality control
Key requirements- California Clinical Lab Scientist license
- Ability to supervise and instruct personnel in one or more departments
