Overview In this HR Advisor role, you partner with leaders and employees to guide employee relations, talent development, compliance, and organizational development. You'll implement HR initiatives that boost workforce capability, engagement, and business performance within a global mid-size company. You will deepen consulting skills and prepare for higher HR leadership by collaborating with HR and business leaders. Responsibilities- Advise leaders, managers, and staff on complex HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
- Lead and coordinate talent development, succession planning, and compensation adjustments
- Analyze workforce data to identify risks and opportunities and recommend solutions aligned with business goals
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues with HR partners, legal, and other stakeholders, ensuring policy and labor law compliance
- Facilitate HR projects and change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and workplace culture
- Support HR Representatives with guidance and best practices to ensure consistent service delivery
- Collaborate with HR leaders and business leadership to align HR strategies with operational needs
- Promote ethical behavior and act as escalation point for compliance issues
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate or global environment (preferred)
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at multiple levels
- Solid understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Experience analyzing HR metrics and making data-informed decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
