Employment Law Attorney

In this role, you will advise clients on employment law and represent employees in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. You will draft and review contracts, agreements, and policy manuals while staying current with regulatory changes. You'll develop legal strategies and help prepare case materials to support favorable outcomes. This position offers the chance to impact workplace rights and labor relations within a client-focused team.

• Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to clients.
• Represent employees in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings related to employment disputes.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policy manuals.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations.
• Develop and implement legal strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of case strategies, including gathering evidence and documentation.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations and case law
