Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders on people strategies and engagement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align people plans with hyper-growth goals
- Coach teams and build trust through strong relationships
- Guide workforce planning, restructures, and succession planning
- Lead design and iteration of new people programs and cross-functional initiatives
- Drive data-driven processes for talent attraction, development, and retention
- Facilitate talent calibrations and compensation planning
- Provide policy guidance and oversee complex employee relations investigations
Key requirements- 12+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Expertise in compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning & development
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor approach to audience
- Collaborative coach with high emotional intelligence
- Data-driven and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
- U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data
