Overview In this role you will support EPC project leadership across pre-construction to warranty, delivering water treatment and conveyance projects. You will oversee day-to-day construction activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive safety, quality, and cost performance. You will manage client relationships, risk reviews, subcontracting, and project documentation to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. This position offers impact through hands-on execution and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams in a complex water market environment. You will work closely with project leadership to shape project plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day construction activities and multiple projects
- Develop and implement project plans, staffing, and procurement strategies
- Manage client relationships, proposals, and project-related communication
- Lead risk reviews, contracts, change orders, and bid processes
- Coordinate engineering deliverables and downstream contract administration
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, and cost reporting
- Monitor safety, quality, and progress; perform audits
- Coordinate commissioning, startup, turnover, and warranty activities
- Mentor interns and junior staff; provide performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with permits, insurance, licensing, and bonding requirements
Key requirements- Bachelor in Construction Management or related field; 7 years relevant PM experience
- Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and PM software
- Strong written/verbal communication, organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of GAAP is required
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
