Overview In this role you will support large-scale data center construction projects by ensuring quality, governance and timely delivery. You will collaborate with clients, designers, contractors and suppliers to apply best practices, monitor milestones and manage information flow. You help optimize costs, lead issue resolution, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders. The position fits within the Data Center Construction team, enabling impactful, cross-functional delivery on mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery
- Communicate effectively across the team to maintain efficient client-facing delivery
- Track critical milestones to prevent schedule slippage
- Ensure adherence to project governance, processes and systems
- Apply industry best practices across projects
- Produce formal status and progress reports
- Monitor multiple construction projects to verify design standards are applied
- Manage supplier interfaces via trackers and reviews
- Facilitate project information flow through meetings and written communications
- Forecast and update key milestones
- Oversee local design teams per commission criteria
- Provide technical support to owners, architects, GCs and regional stakeholders
- Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field
- Assist with cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance
- Conduct independent reviews of status, drawings, timelines and costs
- Support client relationship development and identify new opportunities
- Offer strategic thinking to align project and business objectives
- Capture key learnings and knowledge for future projects
- Identify internal process improvements and ensure SOX controls where applicable
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant PM experience on mechanical systems in built environments
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Background in design or construction with mechanical or BMS controls experience
- Alternate background in vendor equipment factory QA or commissioning of mechanical systems in data centers
- Proficiency managing construction documents (drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals)
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, Project, Smartsheets
