Overview In this Senior Salesforce Administrator role, you will drive automation and maintain a robust CRM ecosystem to support rapid business growth. You will partner with business leaders across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and optimize data integrity. You'll lead governance, security, and release management while exploring AI-powered opportunities to increase efficiency. Responsibilities- Maintain system health and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal Salesforce performance
- Ensure data integrity through audits, migrations, and data hygiene practices
- Manage user access, security, roles, permissions, and change control
- Refactor legacy configuration, reduce technical debt, and streamline the org
- Partner with leadership on AI initiatives and automate cross-functional workflows using Salesforce Flow
- Oversee development lifecycle, sandbox environments, and structured release management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Provide first-line user support and deliver training and system documentation
- Communicate platform changes and maintenance windows to stakeholders
- Lead seasonal Salesforce upgrades and post-deployment validation
- Drive continuous improvement through automation or AI-led capabilities
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Deep experience with revenue and services operations, especially Quote-to-Cash
- Hands-on CPQ experience is required
- Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA/ERP experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Flow, Custom Objects, Record Types, Reports, Dashboards
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin or CPQ Specialist a plus)
- Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange packages
- Ability to manage security, profiles, permission sets, and change control
