Field Medical Science Liaison, Hepatology- Florida (FL)

As a Field Based Medical Science Liaison, you will execute the external engagement strategy for the therapeutic portfolio and implement area-specific plans, engaging with External Experts and stakeholders to advance medical knowledge. You will respond to information requests, share safety information, and deliver scientific education to HCPs and formulary committees. Your role includes staying current with scientific developments, supporting clinical development activities, and collaborating with matrix partners to align patient and business goals. This position offers growth through leadership in external engagement and medical education.

• Identify External Experts and key stakeholders within the therapy area and territory
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests with compliant, balanced, and evidence-based responses
• Disseminate safety information per DHPL and direct medical teams
• Conduct scientific exchanges to inform correct use of GSK medicines
• Deliver scientific/pipeline presentations to formulary committees and HCPs
• Maintain expertise in evolving therapeutic areas and competitor products
• Participate in regional account planning and medical meetings
• Support clinical development and investigator-sponsored studies; collaborate with R&D
• Conduct discussions with steering committees, advisory boards, and investigators on research topics
• Provide scientific training for sales representatives and healthcare professionals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align patient and business goals

• Pharm. D or Ph. D, DNP, or MD with medical/clinical focus
• Two or more years' experience in pharmacology/pharmacotherapy in humans
• Must reside within the specified territory
