Responsibilities- Lead commissioning activities for new construction, renovations, and existing building projects
- Perform QA/QC testing, functional performance verification, and start-up of equipment and systems
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to achieve owner objectives
- Engage in energy projects including audits, efficiency studies, and renewable energy development
- Support both on-site and office work to ensure safe, functional environments that meet design requirements
- Contribute to asset management initiatives and improve operational performance and efficiency
Key requirements- At least 5 years of commissioning, design, or construction management experience with focus on mechanical, electrical, plumbing or building envelope systems
- Working knowledge of building code requirements
- US Citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 50% (multi-week field assignments and longer-term projects)
