Overview In this role you will support a broad Labor & Employment practice at a leading global law firm, handling employer-side matters across industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to advise on wage-and-hour issues, discrimination, harassment, leaves, and employment agreements. The position offers exposure to both class actions and individual matters, including PAGA, and the chance to advance your career at a top Am Law firm. You will contribute to client strategies and help scale the firm's employment-law advisory and litigation capabilities. Responsibilities- Represent employers in wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves, accommodations, policies, and employment agreements matters
- Handle both class action and individual employment litigation, with an emphasis on wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA
- Manage work with clients across multiple industries on employment-law strategies and compliance
- Own and take initiative over work products, ensuring thorough analysis and clear client communication
- Contribute to the firm's Labor & Employment practice through drafting, research, and client advisory work
Key requirements- 2-6 years of experience in Labor & Employment practice
