Human Resources (HR) Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support a growing organization in New Jersey by handling key HR operations and employee support. You will drive onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, and HR administration to ensure a smooth, compliant employee experience. You'll work closely with staff and leadership to address workplace questions and maintain accurate records. This contract role offers potential for a permanent position and the chance to influence HR processes and system updates at scale. • Manage onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and benefits support
• Coordinate new employee processing including documentation, clearances, and orientation tasks
• Serve as main point of contact for workplace concerns and HR guidance
• Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and tracking systems
• Assist with recruiting activities and candidate communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure credentialing/documentation standards where applicable
