Overview As a Construction Program Manager at Vanir, you lead oversight of complex projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across public and private clients. Responsibilities- Oversee construction oversight for OARs and resolve complex project issues
- Develop, assign, and monitor performance of OARs on assigned projects
- Review project progress against schedules and cost plans
- Assess and assess the impact of change orders on district objectives
- Assist with bid and contract planning and evaluate bid specifications
- Monitor project database variances related to scheduling and cost control
- Review payment applications and manage overall project-fiscal administration
- Provide directional leadership for schedules, cost control, dispute resolution, contract administration, and quality control
- Coordinate program activities with other district divisions and external entities
- Develop internal policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Twenty (20) years of full-time professional project/construction management experience
- Ten (10) of the 20 years must be managing large programs with projects >$50M
- Five (5) years' experience in educational facility construction, public works or large commercial projects
- Degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
- CCM credential may substitute for the education requirement
