Overview In this role you lead field teams on large-scale MEP projects while traveling to-site. You drive project execution from start to finish, partner with management to ensure safety, schedule, and budget, and build high-performing field teams. You will shape field processes, coordinate technical aspects, and communicate risks and successes to stakeholders. Responsibilities- Oversee field teams on large-scale MEP projects
- Manage project execution from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with upper management and project managers on safety and delivery
- Lead and develop field teams to meet quality, schedule, and budget
- Drive field performance and productivity through effective leadership
- Coordinate MEP scopes: scheduling, procurement, workforce planning
- Improve field processes to meet customer requirements and profitability
- Review project requirements and installation methodologies as needed
- Ensure schedule milestones are met and adjust priorities as conditions change
- Engage with clients to align expectations throughout the project
- Participate in project reviews focusing on progress and forecasting
- Ensure high-quality installation and delivery of MEP systems
- Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes to stakeholders
Key requirements- 3+ years of experience in MEP field supervision or project execution
- Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, scheduling, change orders, and construction contracts
- Proven ability to build relationships and contribute to winning projects
- Demonstrated success in managing productive and profitable field operations
- Strong initiative, execution, and communication skills (oral and written)
