Overview As a Marine Account Executive, you leverage deep marine insurance knowledge to manage a diverse book for a global client base. You'll enhance client and market relationships, advise on proposals, and oversee issue-resolution between clients and vendors. This role blends technical expertise with advisory leadership and offers growth through cross-selling within a specialist marine team. You'll join a global insurer with strong US-London market connections and a culture that values specialist knowledge and collaboration.

Responsibilities- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and major US and London Marine Markets
- Provide planning and consulting support, including proposal production and RFP analysis
- Oversee issue-resolution between client and vendor to ensure smooth processes
- Engage in cross-selling/up-selling opportunities when relevant
- Support cross-functional teamwork across the marine insurance spectrum
- Operate within a specialist marine team with international and Lloyd's market links
Key requirements- Experience in the ocean marine insurance market (broker, VP, or underwriter)
- Ability to produce, analyze, and compare RFP responses
- Experience handling a book of marine business across multiple lines (Hull, MEL, P&I, USL&H, Marine Liability, Cargo/Stock Through-Put, Vessel Pollution)
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field is a bonus
- Based in New Orleans or able to work from there
- Strong client advisory and relationship-management skills
