Overview As a Manager on the Real Estate Technology team, you guide asset and work-management initiatives through Deloitte's mix of advisory, design, and deployment work. You translate business needs into Maximo-enabled solutions and lead delivery from scoping to implementation. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and oversee technical design, configuration, integrations, and reporting to optimize asset management for clients. This role blends consulting rigor with hands-on Maximo leadership to deliver scalable outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead discussions to map asset/work management processes and capture business requirements
- Translate requirements into technical specs and serve as liaison between users and the Maximo team
- Act as Maximo technical lead to develop design documents with the Maximo architect
- Lead a team of consultants to configure and implement Maximo design
- Perform hands-on configuration of Maximo apps, MIF, security, and BIRT reporting
- Create artifacts for development/testing and ensure Maximo development/testing processes
- Perform data loads using MIF or MXLoader and troubleshoot production issues
- Support testing/validation by end users and facilitate client-facing communication
- Contribute to proposals and client relationship development
- Provide clear guidance and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Key requirements- 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment
- 8+ years designing, configuring, and supporting Maximo business processes
- Minimum 4 full lifecycle Maximo implementations
- Deep Maximo configuration knowledge (Organization/Site, Asset Mgmt, Inventory, Work Mgmt, Procurement, Service Mgmt)
- Maximo Technical Architecture understanding (code migration, environments, performance)
- Hands-on experience with MIF and Maximo Integrations (APIs, batch, SOAP)
- Maximo Security Framework experience
- BIRT report development experience
- Experience with at least one Maximo add-on (e.g., Spatial, Transportation, Utilities)
- IBM Maximo certification with Maximo 7.6.x
- Ability to travel up to 50%
