Overview In this role you guide client engagements as a Technology Consulting Associate Director within Protiviti's Microsoft SCI team. You strengthen client relationships, manage risk around technology use, and craft strategies that solve complex problems using analytics, automation, and Microsoft security tools. You mentor teams, drive business development, and serve as a market ambassador. You'll help shape security and compliance solutions across Microsoft 365, while collaborating across clients and teams to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities- Strengthen client relationships and guide engagement delivery
- Manage risk associated with clients' use of technology
- Develop strategies and solutions using analytics, automation, and Microsoft security tools
- Identify and pursue new projects and business opportunities
- Mentor teams and oversee project work plans to successful completion
- Build lasting relationships with clients and the community as a Protiviti ambassador
- Translate client challenges into new project proposals and sales
- Lead cross-team collaboration and thought leadership across engagements
Key requirements- Strong expertise with the Microsoft 365 Security suite (design, implementation, administration)
- Architecting and implementing Microsoft Purview (IP, DLP, DLM, eDiscovery) across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange
- Experience delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365; GCC/GCCH experience is a plus
- Experience with large global M365 tenants
- Proficiency in Azure, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Entra, Microsoft Graph
- Ability to build relationships with senior executives and pursue business development opportunities
- Leadership and supervisory experience including mentoring and performance management
- Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field; 9+ years professional services or industry experience
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Security/Compliance/Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), CISSP or similar preferred
