Senior Financial Services/T&E Litigation Associate - Los Angeles

A Senior Associate in GT's Los Angeles Litigation Practice drives complex financial services and trusts & estates litigation matters. You will work with a diverse client base across industries, handling pleadings, research, and appellate tasks while engaging with state and federal courts. You will collaborate with partners and teams to shape strategy, manage discovery, and support high-stakes litigation outcomes. • Draft pleadings and briefs and conduct legal research
• Manage traditional and electronic discovery
• Assist with, take, and defend depositions
• Appear before state and federal courts
• Support appellate matters and research
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex litigation

• 6 years of relevant litigation experience with a strong background in financial services and trusts & estates
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience in a mid to large law firm; familiarity with drafting pleadings and briefs
• CA Bar in good standing; federal clerkship a plus; Law Review experience preferred
