Responsibilities- Draft pleadings and briefs and conduct legal research
- Manage traditional and electronic discovery
- Assist with, take, and defend depositions
- Appear before state and federal courts
- Support appellate matters and research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex litigation
Key requirements- 6 years of relevant litigation experience with a strong background in financial services and trusts & estates
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience in a mid to large law firm; familiarity with drafting pleadings and briefs
- CA Bar in good standing; federal clerkship a plus; Law Review experience preferred
