Responsibilities- Develop and pursue new business opportunities leveraging existing relationships
- Lead proposal development and presentations to win projects
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and loyalty
- Strategize to address client risks, execution concerns, and stakeholder issues
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project success from initiation to completion
- Stay updated on regulations affecting waterfront facilities to maintain strategic advantage
- Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives aligned with market strategy
- Provide technical leadership and project management for turnkey or design-build projects
- Mentor and coach team members to foster excellence and continuous improvement
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or similar technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in engineering consulting services in either the public or private sector
- Experience in marine, waterfront, coastal, dredging and/or resiliency projects
