Overview As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead multi-region building projects, partnering with design, technology, security, and corporate services to deliver renovations and new builds. You'll guide outsourced partners and internal teams to implement standardized processes, align with business plans, and optimize resources across sites. You'll own portfolio-wide construction matters and shape functional strategies to meet key objectives. Responsibilities- Lead construction and design teams across multiple regions, coordinating with internal partners and outsource providers
- Provide leadership to external partners, professional staff, and contractors to implement and monitor processes
- Oversee initiatives to execute business plans and develop functional strategies to achieve objectives
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and manage performance of senior construction managers
- Maintain expert understanding of all building sites and construction-related matters in the portfolio
Key requirements- 10+ years of corporate experience with 7 years in leadership emphasizing international work and significant US HQ Renovation projects (preferably NYC)
- Bachelor or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of construction and project management software
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
