Overview In this role you will lead the EBS E-house product management, driving revenue growth, margins, and productivity. You will shape long-term technology and lifecycle strategy, standardize the portfolio, and enhance operational capacity and customer experience. You will coordinate strategic programs across functions and translate customer insights into new products and services. You will collaborate with development teams on definition, pricing, market introduction, and sales enablement while fostering a culture of innovation and measurement.

Responsibilities- Lead the product management of the EBS E-house segment to improve revenue, margins, and productivity
- Develop long-term technology and lifecycle strategy with portfolio standardization to scale operations and enhance customer experience
- Coordinate cross-functional strategic programs and activities for the product category
- Conduct Voice of the Customer and field testing to uncover unmet needs and guide new offerings
- Create strong, measurable value propositions for product families for customers and partners
- Partner with product development teams on definition, development, pricing, market launch, and sales tools
- Drive Advanced Product Development processes, tools, and metrics within PM and engineering
- Foster a culture that tests ideas to achieve better quantified outcomes for customers
- Identify and charter strategic projects leveraging tech and market trends to spur innovation
- Cultivate external partnerships to accelerate technology funnel and product commercialization
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree; engineering or business preferred, MBA or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of product management experience in industrial automation or utilities
- Hands-on experience with utility and commercial sales channels (distributors, direct sales, manufacturer reps)
- Experience in Engineered-to-Order (ETO) business
- Proven cross-functional leadership to implement product line strategy
- Strong communication and presentation skills with active listening
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and financial analysis
- Proven ability to perform Voice of the Customer and define customer needs
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work from Houston, TX; Madison, WI; or Chattanooga, TN
