Overview

As a Project Manager at BRPH, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects to meet client goals and firm standards. You coordinate design, construction administration, and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget. You drive scope, schedule, and risk management while mentoring the project team. Your work supports BRPH's mission to solve challenging problems for mission-driven clients with quality, profitability, and positive client outcomes. This role offers meaningful impact on high-stakes projects across multiple markets.

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals and constraints and translate them into actionable plans
  • Coordinate communication among clients, design teams, contractors and agencies to ensure project success
  • Develop project scope of work when needed and prepare proposals and contracts
  • Plan activities, schedule milestones and cost projections; manage budget and staffing
  • Lead project teams and consultants; monitor quality, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Practice risk management and prepare project documentation, reports and procurement documents
  • Attend site visits, review RFIs/ASI/PRs, and support construction administration duties
  • Ensure compliance with firm standards, processes, and quality controls
  • Mentor and develop Project Manager Trainees and supervise the Project Administrator
  • Support marketing activities and contribute to closing out projects with documentation
  • Maintain project records and assist in invoicing and accounts payable
  • Deliver outcomes aligned with contractual obligations and firm policies
  • Maintain project databases and support cross-functional teams
Key requirements
  • Licensed professional engineer or architect
  • Minimum five (5) years related experience in project management
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Project, and Word
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction related field
  • Ability to visit construction sites and supervise complex activities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prepare scopes, proposals, agreements and purchase orders
