Overview

In this Property Manager role, you drive property revenue growth by building and leading a high-performing team focused on sales and service. You collaborate with maintenance and owner relationships to ensure a best-in-class property experience, while managing budgets, marketing, and safety standards. You adapt to changing conditions as you scale performance across locations and mentor teams to deliver resident satisfaction and occupancy goals. This role offers growth through servant leadership and a clear impact on the property's profitability and community reputation.

Responsibilities
  • Increase property revenue by developing a high-performing sales-and-service team
  • Assess, train, and develop team on salesmanship and operational best practices
  • Foster strong relationships with maintenance staff to ensure best-in-class presentation
  • Be accessible to community needs (nights/weekends if required) and support at multiple locations
  • Manage client/owner relationships through regular updates and performance discussions
  • Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service issues promptly
  • Follow established eviction procedures and represent the community in court as needed
  • Organize and participate in daily huddle to align on goals and wins
  • Complete budget strategy workbook and draft annual operating budget with analysis of financial statements and market data
  • Analyze market/economic trends to adjust marketing and leasing strategies
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal
  • Complete required training per company standards
Key requirements
  • 3 years in multifamily property management
  • 3 years hiring, training, and coaching teams
  • Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&Ls
  • College degree preferred
