Overview Senior IT Architect at BCG Platinion drives complex technology solutions and architecture across client engagements. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to design scalable IT architectures and guide transformation programs. Responsibilities- Design and optimize solution, application, and data architectures
- Lead feasibility studies, technical concepts, and proofs of concept; scale software solutions
- Assess and transform IT architectures during mergers and acquisitions; optimize IT processes
- Plan IT implementation work packages and evaluate software packages and ERPs
- Communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders; facilitate client workshops and build consensus
- Drive innovation and growth; support business development through proposals and scoping projects
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, computer science, information systems, or system controls & engineering (Master's degree a plus)
- 4+ years of technology consulting or software engineering with >1 year in IT or business architecture
- Strong ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives
- Expertise in Cloud technologies, API & Microservices, data platforms, data analytics/GenAI, application modernization, mainframe architectures, and DevOps/AIOps
