Overview In this Construction Manager role, you ensure coordination, schedule, budget, and quality across construction activities. You will shape the construction management approach, procedures, and procurement processes to support project delivery. You'll work closely with the project team to align design progress with construction needs and drive safe, compliant execution. Responsibilities- Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control
- Develop and manage the Construction Management Plan and related procedures
- Oversee procurement activities, subcontract scopes, and cost/ time management
- Administer construction activities and monitor design progress vs construction needs
- Perform value engineering and constructability reviews
- Coordinate bidding, quotes, submittals, and pay applications
- Prepare and negotiate Change Orders; review baselines and updated schedules
- Control project budget and schedule; manage QA/QC and inspections
- Ensure Health and Safety program compliance; oversee project setup and temporary facilities
- Produce progress, budget, and schedule reports on a regular cadence
- Coordinate document management and subcontract administration
- Support procurement of purchase orders and subcontracts
- Manage project setup and site facilities
- Other duties as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of construction planning and management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with construction management software (Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam)
- Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders (Owner, Engineer, Contractor)
