Responsibilities- Lead strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of Workday and related HRIS platforms
- Manage HR technology initiatives: upgrades, integrations, testing, and feature deployments
- Drive process optimization and automation across onboarding, payroll, compensation, benefits, compliance, and talent management
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and governance of employee and organizational data
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reporting, and workforce analytics to support data-driven decisions
- Partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to identify enhancements and scalable process improvements
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to manage integrations and system performance
- Lead HRIS projects from requirements to post-launch support
- Mentor and develop a team of HR systems analysts and data specialists
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday functionality and HRIS best practices
- Support growth initiatives through scalable HR technology infrastructure and process design
Key requirements- 5-7+ years of progressive HR, HRIS, or people systems experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports or HR systems teams
- Hands-on experience administering HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
- Strong understanding of HR operations including payroll, benefits, employee records management, compliance, and reporting
- Experience with HR analytics, workforce reporting, and data visualization
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
