Overview

As Training Manager - Supply Chain Center of Excellence, you will shape the global supply chain training strategy and capability development. You will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver sustainable, scalable programs that advance mobility, wellbeing, and everyday life. You'll govern certification standards, competency frameworks, and career pathways while guiding major initiatives and projects. This role offers impact across planning functions and enterprise-wide improvement, within Lubrizol's inclusive culture. You will lead with a focus on developing people and optimizing readiness for strategic transformations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the global supply chain training curriculum
  • Govern enterprise planning standards, IBP and ITP governance frameworks, operating procedures, control plans, and process playbooks
  • Deliver training to support major initiatives
  • Govern training content, competency frameworks, certification standards, and career development pathways
  • Manage strategic project portfolios and ensure realization of business benefits
  • Lead enterprise certification programs including APICS/ASCM
  • Manage training effectiveness measurement, participation tracking, and capability assessments
  • Coordinate with other CoE functions on functional and skill audits
  • Own and manage Supply Chain SME, Intern, and Developmental Rotational programs
  • Develop coaching standards for continuous improvement and adoption
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, Organizational Development)
  • 5+ years in training, capability development, supply chain leadership, or organizational learning
  • Experience building professional training programs and competency frameworks
  • Deep understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Management, and IBP
  • Executive leadership, change management, and organizational development capabilities
