Senior Specialist, Network Regulatory & Real Estate

Overview

In this role you support Verizon's real estate program for the Central Texas submarket, guiding site acquisitions and A&E partnerships from due diligence through permits and closures. You collaborate with cross functional teams, law firms, and vendors to keep deals moving and approvals on track, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation. You drive project completion, maintain real estate files and databases, and provide status updates to stakeholders. This is a hands-on, fast paced role with meaningful impact on network expansion and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee site acquisition processes and vendor oversight for A&E partners
  • Track performance, maintain project trackers, and ensure regulatory compliance across leasing, zoning, and environmental policies
  • Prepare deal memo routing and document packages with Real Estate Specialists, SAR, law firms, and West Territory
  • Receive, upload, and route real estate documents into NetDocs/FUZE and related systems
  • Coordinate deployment calls with vendors and project teams; communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Create and organize real estate files; maintain site databases (NetSites, NetDocs, Fuze, FUZEr) with milestones
  • Request location codes, project numbers, and budget strings; manage budget via purchase orders
  • Share real estate documents with internal teams and external vendors; research project documentation in online tools or physical files
  • Provide support to additional high priority projects as needed
  • Ensure timely execution of documents (leases, amendments, ROW permits) and drive timely project completion
Key requirements
  • Four or more years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license with travel up to 25%
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite; ability to learn FUZE SPM and WebEx
