Overview As Sr Executive Coordinator for the CSO, you will blend executive support with cross-functional project coordination to drive strategic priorities. You will act as a trusted extension of the CSO, ensuring aligned calendars, travel, and timely communications across the organization. You'll manage critical meetings, track milestones, and surface risks to enable executive decision-making. This role offers visibility into leadership and R&D engagement, with meaningful impact on operational execution and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Manage a complex calendar aligned to strategic priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Prepare agendas and materials for key meetings and reviews (e.g., RED LT)
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and draft communications
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate and track activities across the RED LT
- Support leadership team meeting cadence and maintain deliverable trackers
- Identify risks and drive resolution; support executive reporting
- Maintain Teams/SharePoint workspaces and streamline workflows
- Support internal communications and cross-functional liaison
- Build relationships with senior leaders and represent CSO office professionally
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years supporting senior executives
- Strong project coordination experience
