Overview As Technical Recruiting Manager at Zoox, you'll lead a high-performing team of recruiters focused on engineering talent across systems engineering, AI, software, and robotics. You'll partner with engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies that scale with Zoox's mission to advance autonomous mobility. You'll manage full-cycle hiring for senior roles, optimize pipelines, and collaborate across legal, compensation, and immigration to deliver a smooth candidate experience. Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and recruiting leaders, including performance reviews and career development
- Track recruiting metrics and pipeline activity, provide reporting
- Own full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles with a positive candidate experience
- Innovate talent-pipeline strategies and recruit across multiple venues
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles and team needs
- Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages aligned with company requirements
- Negotiate offers with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Work cross-functionally with legal, compensation/benefits, and immigration
- Partner with recruiting/business leaders to align hires with product and company impact
Key requirements- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience
- 3+ years of managing a high-performing technical recruiting team
- Experience in a fast-growth, dynamic environment with multiple pipelines
- Full-cycle recruiting experience with closing tough candidates and building internal partnerships
- Strong eye for talent and ability to coach others
- Excellent communication and confidence presenting to internal and external leaders
- Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to last-minute changes
