Overview In this role you will lead project delivery for key accounts, shaping capital plans and budgets while coordinating cross-functional teams. You'll drive cost savings, risk management, and client relationships to ensure successful on-site project execution. You'll work with landlords, developers, and vendors to meet client goals, leveraging PDS technology and industry best practices. This is a hands-on, client-facing position with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant projects at scale.

Responsibilities- Directly manage overall project delivery for the account
- Support capital plan development, program scope, and resource assignment
- Develop project budgets (hard/soft costs) and perform cost-benefit analysis
- Lead cost savings, negotiations, and value engineering
- Mine, track, and monitor data; define KPIs and metrics
- Provide budgeting, scheduling, permits, design team management, and contractor selection support
- Assemble and manage consultant and contractor teams
- Maintain client relationships and resolve conflicts
- Provide on-site supervision to meet performance criteria
- Develop relationships with consultants/vendors and evaluate performance
- Identify liabilities and manage risk/compliance; maintain JLL playbook
- Establish best practices and standards of excellence
- Assist in training team members on procedures and practices
- Demonstrate proficiency with PDS technology on assigned projects
- Experience with space programming and schematic design
- Manage accounts receivable to stay within planned working capital
- Comply with JLL policies and HR ethics requirements
- Oversight of Account Team: recruit, integrate, and manage talent; maintain client communications
- Engage in business growth, strategy planning, and cross-team best practices
- Attend industry events and maintain external industry presence
Key requirements- 10+ years of practical project administration experience
- Experience leading multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling in corporate real estate
- Ability to lead across a national platform for client service
- Experience with landlords, developers, and institutional owners
- Ability to read design development and construction documents
- Experience managing medium to large ground-up and redevelopment projects and corporate interiors
- Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor; computer literacy
- Ability to read commercial leases and advise on Work Letters and lease exhibits
- Travel flexibility (US/Canada)
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
