Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring value for clients and adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes in a collaborative, inclusive culture. You help shape project strategy, manage stakeholder expectations, and advocate for efficient, safe construction practices. Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional project management services
  • Overseeing all project aspects including planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Providing leadership to project teams and empowering them to excel
  • Building and maintaining client relationships and aligning with their goals
  • Championing JLL's values and a culture of collaboration and belonging
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in CRE
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
