Curriculum Manager

As Curriculum Manager, you will lead curriculum development and training program administration within DDS. You will guide training staff, analyze needs, and oversee contracts and reporting to ensure compliance with HCBS Waivers, Public Health, and CMS requirements. The role collaborates across the Educational Support & Staff Development Division to deliver impactful learning for DDS and private providers. You will shape learning strategies, including digital and in-person formats, to support meaningful community participation.

• Direct training staff and operations for staff development programs
• Conduct needs analyses and develop action plans
• Develop, review and evaluate curriculum and training courses
• Prepare and monitor training contracts and related reports
• Prepare statistical summaries, feasibility studies, and program projections
• Recruit and hire staff; participate in outreach
• May teach in areas of expertise
• Perform related duties as required

• Seven (7) years of professional experience in in-service training, human resource development or adult education
• One (1) year of experience with primary responsibility for planning, developing, coordinating, or implementing an in-service training or staff development program
• Substitutions allow Bachelor's with 15 semester hours per half-year up to four years; Master may substitute one additional year
