Responsibilities- Design and implement end-to-end pharmacodynamic and predictive biomarker strategies for clinical studies from first-in-human to registrational stages
- Lead hypothesis-driven translational research to identify biomarkers of response, resistance mechanisms, and tumor microenvironment dynamics
- Integrate multi-omic, spatial biology, single-cell, and functional immune assays with computational teams and AI platforms
- Author and integrate biomarker sections in trial protocols, regulatory submissions, study reports, and investigator brochures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Clinical Development, Clinical Pharmacology, CDx, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations to ensure scientific alignment
- Provide scientific leadership to trial design and conduct in partnership with Operations
- Drive external scientific engagement with academia, trial investigators, and KOLs; disseminate findings via high-impact publications and conferences
- Lead efforts in companion diagnostics development and clinical protocol execution
Key requirements- PhD, MD, or MD/PhD in Molecular Biology, Cancer Biology, Immunology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related life sciences discipline
- Significant graduate or postdoctoral research with first-author publications; post-graduate industry or substantial postdoctoral experience required
- Hands-on translational research experience in molecular profiling, multi-omics, single-cell genomics, spatial biology, or functional immune assays
