Overview In this role you will oversee day-to-day table games administration, ensuring high standards of quality and delivery across the casino. You will work closely with Slots, Beverage, and Marketing to coordinate operations and events in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You shape operational efficiency and compliance while supporting leadership in decision-making with a cross-property scope. This is a hands-on position in a branded gaming property with significant influence on guest experience and process improvements.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily administrative activities for Table Games and coordinate with related departments
- Manage scheduling, PTO, onboarding, training, and records for sub-departments
- Handle purchasing, bill processing, vendor relations, and use of bill-related systems (Ariba, Str atton Warren)
- Coordinate special events, tournaments, and cross-property reservations; manage hotel and travel arrangements for groups
- Monitor clock-out errors, attendance, and department reporting; prepare operational data and reports
- Support comping decisions and communications with property leadership; disseminate customer arrival information
- Maintain and file employee records, VIP files, and sensitive information; ensure security and confidentiality
- Ensure proper CMS outlet usage for paid outs and manage casino floor communications and customer service entries
- Respond to IT/Facilities tickets; maintain equipment and office supplies; supervise onboarding for new hires
- Maintain contact lists, answer calls, proofread documents, and support cross-department information flow
- Ensure compliance with licensing, vendor certifications, and policy adherence
- Perform duties in a fast-paced, high-security casino environment including after-hours and weekends
Key requirements- 10+ diverse business experience with significant administrative responsibilities in gaming, entertainment, hospitality, or a multi-unit environment
- Must obtain Non-Key LA Gaming License and Responsible Vendor Certification
- Deep knowledge of corporate staff functions and P&L management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and systems: CMS, LMS, EMS, WINet; familiarity with Caesars Rewards program
- Operating experience in a branded hotel or gaming property; background in Casino Operations, Hotel Operations, Marketing, or Finance preferred
- Strong decision-making ability to influence short- and long-term objectives
- Excellent guest service, interpersonal, telemarketing, communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-start, maintain confidentiality, and meet department and company policies
- Must be 21+ and able to read/write/speak English; well-groomed appearance; physical ability for long hours, mobility on casino floor
- Ability to manage multiple functions, multi-task, and work weekends/holidays/after-hours

- Experience with purchase systems (Ariba, Stratton Warren) and familiarity with CMS/WINet workflows
