HR Business Partner, Corporate Functions

In this role you partner with Senior HRBPs to support Corporate Functions and Marketing, focusing on employee relations and coaching capabilities. You will apply AI-driven approaches to redesign workflows while ensuring human judgment remains central. You'll use data to guide coaching and address people trends, acting as a trusted ER partner and helping managers navigate workplace concerns. You'll collaborate with CoEs to drive people initiatives and scale coaching across teams, using AI tools with human review for communications and policy research.

• Partner with Senior HRBPs to support Corporate Functions and Marketing client groups
• Develop coaching capability of first-line and mid-level managers
• Manage employee relations processes and guide resolution with escalation when needed
• Support annual people processes (performance reviews, compensation planning, engagement, succession) with Senior HRBP
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to identify process improvements
• Translate policy questions into clear guidance and actionable steps
• Support change management at team level during organizational or process changes
• Leverage AI tools to draft communications and summarize ER notes, with human review prior to dissemination

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience handling employee relations and coaching managers
• Experience with performance and compensation cycles, coaching, or L&D programs
• Foundational knowledge of labor law concepts
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in global/distributed teams
• Comfort using AI tools with sound judgment on human review needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
