Overview

As part of Capital Group's Global Technology HR team, you will shape and deliver people strategies that enable technology, data, and AI functions to meet business goals. You will partner with HR Business Partners and technology leaders to translate priorities into actionable initiatives, drive programs to outcomes, and provide data-driven insights that influence decisions. You'll lead cross-functional projects, navigate ambiguity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers a strategic-execution blend, meaningful impact on employee experience, and a chance to accelerate organizational transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives
  • Lead delivery of HR initiatives and measure progress with meaningful metrics
  • Shape topics such as organizational effectiveness, talent planning, workforce transformation, leadership development, and culture
  • Drive adoption of key initiatives across HR and the business and tell the story with data and narratives
  • Operate at pace in a dynamic environment, simplifying processes and leveraging technology and data
  • Demonstrate strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex challenges
  • Support change management and associate engagement efforts to improve outcomes
