Overview

As a Senior Associate in Infrastructure Project Advisory, you will help improve construction management processes and internal controls on large capital projects. You'll lead contract reviews, compliance audits, and project oversight, translating findings into actionable recommendations. You'll work with cross-functional teams to gather data, develop insights, and present observations to stakeholders. You'll contribute to a collaborative, mentor-supported culture focused on leading practices and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Review and enhance construction management processes and internal controls
  • Lead construction contract reviews, compliance audits, and project oversight for large capital projects
  • Define and implement policies, procedures, reporting, and internal controls; support IT tooling
  • Conduct project reviews on progress metrics, change orders, estimates, schedule delays, and productivity
  • Coordinate with diverse teams for field data collection, analysis, and reporting; create presentations with analytics/visualization
  • Work closely with managers, directors, and partners; participate in mentoring to reinforce best practices
  • Maintain integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment
Key requirements
  • Minimum three years in field construction management or construction advisory on large capital projects for public/private clients
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • Professional certifications (PE, PMP, CCM, CPA, AIA, etc.) preferred
  • Knowledge of construction phases: planning, procurement, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimation, quality, reporting, closeout
  • Field construction experience across project types; experience with PMIS and other toolsets
  • Strong written/verbal communication, documentation, records retention, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
